Shanghai Chengshan Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the production and sales of commercial carpet tiles. Our factory covers an area of 70,000 square meters, and the storage center is over 16,000 square meters. The factory has a series of fully automated carpet tile production lines and intelligent control systems. The annual sales volume is over 10 million square meters.
We are able to produce various categories of carpet tiles. The carpet surface materials are polypropylene yarn and nylon yarn, and the carpet backing materials are asphalt, PVC and P.E. soft backing. Our products cover the low, middle and high-end price level to meet the requirements of customers in a variety of usage scenarios.
We cooperate with the world class raw material suppliers such as Universal Nylon yarn, Boyou yarn Resilya Nylon, Low&Bonar non-woven fabric and Celanese pre-coated to ensure the product quality at a high level.
We also provide the service of product customization. There are over 20 designers in our product development center. The carpet tile can be customized at size, color, backing and pattern with no MOQ requirements. Currently we support the following standard sizes of 50cm*50cm, 25cm*100cm,50cm*100cm 33.33cm*100cm, 60.96cm*60.96cm, 45.72cm*91.44cm, 100cm*100cm, hexagonal side length 30.48cm.
The factory maintains a large inventory of standard products at any time. Fully automated production process support us to deliver large quantities of high-quality carpets in a short period of time.
